New Delhi (India), June 22: As International Yoga Day was celebrated in the whole country and internationally, Anupshehr in the district of Bulandshehar, Uttar Pradesh, also celebrated Yoga Day full of enthusiasm. A lot of excitement was seen among the populace of Anupshahr, where many Yoga events were organised by the Block Pramukh of Anupshehr Shri Atul Kumar Singh, including his Village, Bichaula.
The Pardada Pardadi Educational Society organized a yoga day celebration where Atul Kumar Singh visited the event and shared the benefits of Yoga. Students, teachers, and tehsil staff were made to exercise under the leadership of Yogacharya Ravindra Bhardwaj. Many students took part in this globally celebrated event and also understand the value of Yoga. Speaking on occasion, Atul Kumar Singh said, “Yoga is the way of life, and we all should adapt it in our daily lives to make our life mentally and physically good. Practising Yoga daily will improve your health, and it will also benefit you in your professional lives as well”. Later, while many people had gathered for the celebration in his village Bichaula, he returned to speak about the value of yoga. Atul Kumar planned a few yoga activities in the Bulandshahr area, adopting PM Modi Ji’s vision. While talking about yoga and its benefits, he also added that Under PM Modi’s direction, yoga had gained enormous popularity not just in our nation but also in other nations, and people are becoming more aware of its advantages worldwide.
