Book Advantage India: Reshaping the Future for an Equitable World Order Launched at JG University

Ahmedabad (Gujarat) [India], August 29: The book Advantage India: Reshaping the Future for an Equitable World Order, authored by Shri Anil K. Antony, was formally launched at the JG Campus of Excellence, Ahmedabad, in the presence of distinguished personalities from public life, academia, industry and policy.
The event brought together an eminent gathering, including Dr. M P Chandran, President, JG University, Smt. Meenakshi Lekhi, former Union Minister and Shri Anil K. Antony, along with senior academicians, industry leaders, policymakers and invited guests.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. M P Chandran highlighted the importance of creating platforms that encourage young people to engage with contemporary national and global issues. He emphasised the role of education in developing informed, responsible and future-ready citizens who can contribute meaningfully to India’s growth and global aspirations.
Smt. Meenakshi Lekhi, in her address, spoke about India’s evolving position in the global landscape and the opportunities before the country as it moves towards a more influential role in international affairs. She also highlighted the importance of India’s young generation in shaping the country’s future.
Addressing the gathering, Shri Anil K. Antony, author of the book, shared key perspectives from Advantage India and spoke about India’s growing capabilities and its potential to contribute to a more balanced and equitable global order. The book brings together perspectives on political economy, technology, national security, diplomacy and public policy while examining India’s evolving role in a multipolar world.
The author, Shri Anil K. Antony, is the National Secretary and National Spokesperson of the Bharatiya Janata Party. He has previously worked with multinational organisations including Cisco Systems, Becem Communications and Grant Thornton and has participated in several international youth and strategic dialogues. He is also a Munich Security Conference Young Leader and has been educated at the College of Engineering, Trivandrum, and Stanford University, USA.
The book launch was followed by an engaging interaction around India’s future, its global responsibilities and the opportunities emerging for the country in a rapidly changing world.
The event provided students and members of the academic community an opportunity to listen to distinguished voices from public life and gain wider perspectives on India’s role in global affairs.
